Member’s names & addresses will be stored on the Clubs computer. Anyone objecting to his or her names being kept on the computer must inform the secretary in writing. The information kept on the computer is for the use of the Club in speeding up the permit distribution & for the use of the bailiffs, if anyone forgets their permit they will be able to check with the computer list for confirmation of membership. (Data protection act 1997)
It would help the secretary if you notify him of any change of name or address.
Information will not be issued to any other persons without the permission of the member.
All the clubs matches are open to all members; priority is given to those that give their name at the clubs meeting.
Tin Mill matches are £6 entry fee, all paid out in prize money. This price can be altered at the Committees discretion. Draw as stated in the Fixture list.
Please give your support to these matches.
From 2015 I will put the top four placing in the matches on the web site which is www.tinmilldam.co.uk
Any views on the way the fishery is run will be appreciated.
